Terms and Conditions
In the event your rental is not available do to rain, poor weather or lake closure a full refund will be given to you the renter.
In the event rain or poor weather during your rental, a rental credit in the amount of lost time will be given for a future rental.
Any cancellations made prior to 72 hours before the start of the rental will be given a “rental credit” towards a rental within 90 days.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of rental will not be given a refund or rental credit and the rental fees paid will be forfeited.
Renter must be at least 21 years of age to rent a watercraft.
A small security deposit is required before departure of rental, once boat is checked back in at the conclusion of rental and it is determined there is no damage a full refund will be applied to the credit card on file.
*All renters must sign the Nautic Boating Center Boat Rental, Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement- before departure.

Making a reservation
In order to make reservations through our site, you must provide us with certain personal information such as your name, your address, your telephone number, your email address. Certain businesses require additional information such as your credit card number and expiration date and other personal information to complete the reservation.
WebReserv.com collects and securely transfers credit card information to payment processing providers as part of the reservation process. If payment is required as part of the reservation, your payment will be made to the business providing the service and not WebReserv.com
Automatic logging of connection information
We automatically log generic information about your computer's connection to the Internet. This information consists of things such as IP address, operating system and type of browser software being used and the activities conducted by the user while on our site. We collect this information to help us analyze what items visitors find most interesting, how visitors navigate our site. The information is also used for troubleshooting of technical problems. Any material changes in the way WebReserv.com uses personal information will be described in future versions of this Privacy Policy.
